    Chicken Waldorf Salad, So easy so delicious! Great use for left over chicken , calories per serving, Only had one less that fresh apple, sadly, so added extra grapes Soaked the apple in lemonade Worked like a charm, but then added less lemon juice Also added a splash of half & half and a dollop of whipped cream (the real stuff!) I toasted pecans instead of walnuts

    In a Bowl, Combine the Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper.
