Chicken with Black Beans and Rice,This is a variation of a cuban dish. The balsamic vinegar gives it an exceptional flavor!,Super easy and absolutely delicious! Not spicy at all. I added green and yellow bell peppers instead of pimento. If you like some heat, you should add hot peppers.,Great recipe! As most have, I strayed slightly, adding to the crockpot (because I’m lazy like that). Went ahead and put the onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and olive oil in a pan first, however, and moved to the pot. Then added two cups of chicken broth to the pot. Made the rice towards the end in more chicken broth. Great dish!
