Chicken With Pineapple Sauce Ww 5 Points, Very tasty, easy and great with rice! And healthy too!!, I thought this was an fabulous simple recipe! I had leftover crushed pineapple from a carrot cake recipe. I wouldn’t serve this for company, but perfect for a week night. I agree with a lot less soy sauce. used fresh crushed pressed garlic and fresh grated ginger. I pushed aside the pineapple sauce and broiled at the end to brown chicken. Served with quinoa and a butternut squash/kale stir fry., Forgot to add, I scraped off the pineapple stuff and broiled at the end.

In a Saucepan, Combine Brown Sugar and Cornstarch. |
