Chickie Chippie Casserole, A hybrid of hot chicken salad and a one-dish bake that is nothing short of delicious Don’t be leery of the odd combination of ingredients, once baked you have a ooey-gooey, delicious casserole From the fridge to the table in under an hour, your craving for modest comfort food that won’t kill your calorie count will be filled , this was pretty good, but next time I would make a couple of adjustments for our family I would decrease the cayanne to about 1/2 tsp I did like the potato chips but might try corn chips I liked the eggs and green pepper those made the dish different , I would have given this four stars personally but my husband tried it and then wouldn’t finish it He said there was way too much going on in the casserole The taste of mustard was overpowering for me and the eggs seemed out of place I finished my plate, I didn’t think it was bad at all! Definitely one to try!
