Chickpea Burger,This burger is so delicious, you will not miss the meat, promise! Here’s a tip: If you don’t want this patties to fall apart, you absolutely need to make a rough chop while processing, also try making thinner patties.,These are delicious! I have found that with making all of these kinds of “burgers”, that adding some non-fat Greek Yogurt binds them together and they don’t fall apart. Makes the mixture very moist and easy to shape. I’ve done this with turkey burgers, black bean burgers, etc, and it works for all of them. Just my little tweak to this recipe.,How much salt and pepper should I add?
