    Boil Garbanzos For 15 Minutes. Preheat Oven 400. Rinse the Chickpeas & Let Fully Dry. Line a Pan With Foil & Spread the Beans. Bake 20 Minutes, Tossing Twice.

    Remove from Oven, Toss in Oil & Spice & Salt & Cool Completely. I Made Madras Curry from Scratch but Any Kind of Masala Curry Powder Will Be Fine.

    When Cool, Return to Oven & Bake 15 Minutes. Remove & Cool on Paper Towels.
