Directions
Chile Egg Puff, Got this recipe from a friend of mine who use to bring it to our Friday morning breakfast I half the recipe and bake in 8 baking dish , We’ve enjoyed this recipe for years, and everywhere I bring it, people ask for the recipe! I never add the 1/2 cup of butter, and it always tastes great! Try it! You’ll never miss it and save the fat and calories! Also, sometimes I exclude the green chili’s (which I love!) and add ham (which my husband loves!) Changes it up a bit, and is also very tasty!
