Chili Cheese Dog Casserole, This recipe has a crispy cheese topping on a warm corn bread crust , This was yummy – a special treat dinner! used Stagg Chili and a homemade cornbread recipe I think it would be great for kids especially with a homemade chili to cut down on the preservatives Made for PAC Spring ’12, I found this in Simple and Delicious too, and I didn’t have chili but decided to use a can of Bush’s Baked Beans instead I didn’t add the brown sugar or garlic or chili powder because the baked beans were already well seasoned I did make a homemade cornbread which was as quick as using Jif It was so buttery that I didn’t need to grease the baking dish See Recipe #412830 Thank you so much for posting this quick and yummy recipe!
