Chili’s Fire-Grilled Corn Guacamole, I worked at Chili’s for 2 1/2 years and just this year they came out with the most delicious guacamole I’d ever tried This is the authentic recipe for it , I was craving a new recipe for Guacamole so tried one that is sold everyday and enjoyed by many! Really, it is delicious with grilled fish steaks I had tuna and served a Alvarinho, a white wine from Portugal, along with it and had a night of luxurious flavors, textures and visions!

Husk and Wash Corn, Then Deep Fry For 1 Minute. |
