Directions
Chili’s Guacamole, You can use either 1 large Haas avocado or 2 small , make sure to chop your tomatoes very fine chili’s doesn’t have any chunkiness to their tomatoes If you find bruises in your avocados don’t use it it tosses off the flavor of the guacamole, what I do is buy my avocados green and ahead of time days ahead I put them in a paper bag and store them in a dark place I recommend inside one of your cabinets just not the ones over/under microwaves or stoves or sinks (because the area should be dry) I also heard one time to store fruit in the paper bag with an apple to speed up the ripening process you can just put them in a bag without the apple They will produce their own ethylene (the gas that causes ripening, and which they make while ripening) It may take longer, since under-ripe fruit will put out less ethylene than a ripe apple, but just by a day or two Trust me they ripen quick watch them and don’t leave them for too many days when they are ripe either use them or I store them in my fridge to stop the ripening process , also, they may put jalapeno minor in it I doubt it it has no spicy flavor at all but even this amount would be off lemon, maybe I always put lime but maybe both No sour cream and definitely more than one large I make it all the time, one large would not present as much as they give you BTW, I eat their guacamole all the time
