    Chimichurri Sauce, Excellent with grilled meats, eggplant or portabello mushrooms A great dip for raw veggies also , Loved this version of chimichurri, the lemon really makes it special I made this for choripan, but it was also good with bread , Love this, bright lovely color and smooth and delicious so different than the pesto type sauce I’m used to, going to have this over steak and thinking even over my breakfast eggs
