Directions
Chinese baked pork ribs, Baked spare ribs was adapted from Low-Cholesterol Chinese Cuisine. Prep time includes marinating time. Although the directions are for cooking in the oven, these work equally well on the grill., used prok spare ribs bone in which I think the Americans call country ribs and the miso choice and because of the bone in there were 2 pieces I could not cut up but the end result was moist succulent pork after cooking at 200C fan forced for 35 minutes, turning once after the first 15 minutes, a 4 serve recipe was gobbled up by 3 of us, delicious thank you ellie_, made for Rookie Recipe tag game., Finger licking good! I just had to add grated ginger and minced garlic. This was yummy!!!

Cut Spare Ribs Into 2" Long Pieces and Put in Marinating Dish (use a Tuperware Marinating Dish). |

Combine Remaining Ingredients and Pour Over Ribs. |

Marinate For at Least One Hour or Up to 8 Hours. |

Pre-Heat Oven to 450-Degrees F. |
