Chinese Barbecued Pork, I make extra to add to the leftover rice for terrific fried rice Great as a meal course or as an appetizer It goes quickly at potlucks , used pork loin and marinated 4 hrs It was very tender and loved the flavors Saved half for fried rice tomorrow , Delicious-I marinated overnight, and roasted at 425 because I was in a hurry Also, used a 50/50 of hoisin and honey because I loooove hoisin I served it with an Asian salad, and am going to use the leftovers for fried rice tomorrow night I can’t wait! This was wonderful!
