1 cup low sodium beef broth
2/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 large minced garlic cloves
1 lb boneless steak cut into thin three inch strips (flank or skirt work well)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided

    Make Sauce/Marinade:

    in a Bowl, Combine Beef Broth, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Ginger, and Garlic Until Smooth.

    Add Beef and Marinate For 30 Minutes.

    in a Bowl, Combine 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch, 2 Tablespoons Water and 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder Until Smooth.

    Remove Beef from Marinade; Add It to the Cornstarch Mix Bowl and Toss.

    in a Large Skillet or Wok Over Medium High Heat, Stir-Fry Beef in 1 Tablespoon Veggie Oil (and a Dash of Sesame Oil) Until Beef Reaches Desired Doneness; Remove and Keep Warm.

    Stir-Fry Broccoli and Onion in 1 Tablespoon Oil (and a Dash of Sesame Oil) For 4-5 Minutes. Salt and Pepper to Taste.

    Return Beef to Pan.
