Directions
Chinese Five Spice Chicken Salad, This recipe was inspired by a meal that I had at a locally owned cafe. Their chicken salad had that distinctive five spice flavor. This is my adaptation with a bit more kick and colorful diced vegetables., What a great idea! I cut the recipe in half since it was for just the two of us. The only change I made was to substitute low-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream — a little healthier and of course even more tang. Delicious; will definitely make it again.

Combine Chicken & Vegetables in a Large Mixing Bowl. Add Salt, All Spices & Lime Juice. Mix With a Large Spoon to Combine Well. This Is Best When Allowed to Sit Overnight For the Flavors to Combine. |
