    Chinese Pink Sauce, All of our local Chinese resturants serve this with Mar Far Chicken. Great on chicken strips/nuggets. Adults and kid’s love this dip!!, If your thinking that this is even close to China Hut Pink sauce, it isn’t even close. they don’t use Mayonnaise nor so much ketchup. but they do use a lot of sugar, some vinegar and ginger along with chinese mustard., Instead of sugar, use honey. Instead of horseradish, use wasabi. Otherwise this tastes remarkably like the sauce we have for MarFar chicken in southern Oregon. Delicious!
