Directions
Chinese-Style Chicken Thighs, Tender chicken-very flavorful sauce. Hope you like it., Pretty good chicken! Made with boneless, skinless thighs and laid them flat in a cast iron pan before pouring the sauce over. I doubled the sugar to 2 tablespoons since it was for the kids. Once I removed the chicken I put it on the stove to thicken up the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and it worked out great. Like other reviewers I thought the sauce could use more flavor and will play around with that in the future. All in all a good and easy recipe – thanks for posting, cuisinebymae!, Very good, quick and very easy. I really trimmed the fat off the thighs, so the sauce wasn’t too heavy.
