Chipotle Mayo, I had a craving for Chipotle Mayo and could not find anything in my local grocery store After peeking at several different types of recipes, I came up with my own variation Its pretty spicy but my DH and I love it I thought I would share it and see if anyone else may enjoy it as well This can be stored for up to a week I have even used this as a dip! Enjoy!, This is a tasty spread for all kinds of sandwiches It also makes a good spread for corn on the cob and nice dip for sweet potato fries or topping for baked sweet potates I am not a huge mayo fan So I usually increase the proportion of sour cream For spread, I usually mix it half and half For a dip, use mostly sour cream with just a couple of tablespoons on mayo for consistency I like just a trace of sweetness in this, so I usually halve the amount of brown sugar unless I’m using it to top sweet potatoes Overall, it’s a good basic recipe that accepts all kinds of tweaking to taste Works fine with light ingredients as well Thanks for sharing it with us!, I had a craving for Chipotle Mayo and could not find anything in my local grocery store After peeking at several different types of recipes, I came up with my own variation Its pretty spicy but my DH and I love it I thought I would share it and see if anyone else may enjoy it as well This can be stored for up to a week I have even used this as a dip!
