Chipotle Pork Roast

    Amazing! I didn't have two chipotle peppers so instead used some ground cayenne pepper and a few splashes of tabasco sauce. Used less water than the recipe called for as I was making this in the slow cooker. I marinated it for an hour as directed then cooked it on low for 5 hours. It was melt-in-your-mouth perfection!

    Place Pork Roast in Baking Dish.

    in a Separate Bowl, Assemble the Remaining Ingredients, Stir Well.

    Pour Marinade Over Roast, Cover and Place in the Refrigerator For at Least 1 Hour.

    in a Preheated Oven, Cook at 500 Degrees For 10 Minutes, Then Reduce Heat to 300 Degrees.

    Cook Until Roast Reaches an Internal Temperature of 170 Degrees.
