Directions
Chipotle Pork Roast, A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet. Definitely moist. It’s the best roast I’ve ever made., Amazing! I didn’t have two chipotle peppers so instead used some ground cayenne pepper and a few splashes of tabasco sauce. Used less water than the recipe called for as I was making this in the slow cooker. I marinated it for an hour as directed then cooked it on low for 5 hours. It was melt-in-your-mouth perfection!

in a Separate Bowl, Assemble the Remaining Ingredients, Stir Well. |

Pour Marinade Over Roast, Cover and Place in the Refrigerator For at Least 1 Hour. |
