Remove Shrimp With Slotted Spoon to Bowl and Cool. Bring Beer and Garlic to a Boil; Boil 8 Minutes, or Until Reduced to 3 Tablespoons, Skimming Surface Once or Twice. Strain Into a Bowl. Add Garlic and Mash; Cool. |
