      Gradually Increase Speed to Medium While Beating in Remaining 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar, 1 Tablespoon at a Time, 5 Minutes.

      Sift One Third of Dry Ingredients Over Whites; Gently Fold in With Rubber Spatula.
