Cookies: Cream Butter, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Milk and Vanilla. |

Sift in Flour, Cocoa and Salt and Beat on Low Speed Until Dough Forms. |

Wrap in Plastic Wrap and Chill at Least 30 Minutes or Until Firm. |
