Or skip the gift making and indulge yourself with this treat!! NOTE: This recipe is to be prepared one QUART size wide mouth canning jar and will yield 20 cupcakes.,No gift mix in a jar for me — I just baked the muffins for someone instead! I’m sure the gift mix in a jar would have been pretty, though. 😉 used granulated brown sugar, because I hate dealing with sugar that hardens on me … I also used margarine and soy milk to keep it nondairy. It got high ratings — “They’re good,” coming from a harsh critic! Thanks for posting.
