Chocolate Cinnamon Bread, From world-famous chef Marcus Samuelsson for Starbucks DELICIOUS blend of flavors , My kiddos LOVED this bread! I halved the recipe to make one loaf but left the cinnamon the full amount This was seriously perfect!!, Just thought I’d share this experience in case anyone is looking in their cupboard wondering about substituting this and that because they are hungry and have limited ingredients I live alone so didn’t want two loaves, I cut the recipe in half and didn’t have butter or buttermilk, instead used shortening and some coconut oil And for the buttermilk used soy milk with white wine vinegar So, as it was baking the batter over-flowed big time and it tasted terrible Really terrible!
