    Chocolate Coconut Squares,These very rich and delicious layered bars are a big hit whenever I take them to a potluck or family gathering.,You bite into these and go “OMG-these are delicious!!!” Then after eating 2, you realize they are really rich. But definitely worth it….great for large crowds so you can cut them small. When you make the base layer, it’s the consistency of chocolate mousse (I was questioning if I was doing it right) but it turns out perfect (turns out to be something in between choc.cake and brownie when cooked)
