Chocolate Cornbread, I love cornbread and I love chocolate so I combined the two and made this absolutely perfect chocolate dessert! used my favorite cornbread recipe that I got from a foodie friend, and I tweaked it a bit! It worked great!, I made this today and while its flavor is good and has a gritty texture that I enjoy, it was also incredibly dry I would suggest either adding more moisture to the recipe or serving the finished cake in some sort of sauced or trifle-type dish, with lots of whipped cream or sauce to catch the crumbs Not the best cake recipe I’ve tried, but a good solution for something quick to make, especially when there’s a flour or butter shortage
