Chocolate Cottage Cheese,Adopted recipe. Don’t let the looks of this throw you off!!!!! A healthy, light dessert or snack that just might satisfy your chocolate cravings without all the unwanted calories. If you can let it sit alittle bit before you eat it, go ahead. The flavors blend together more.,I’ve always made something similar but used ricotta instead of cottage cheese (yuck ! ) and splenda or sugar. 1 tsp of cocoa is likely too much for this quantity of cheese.. It is very strong and bitter. start with 1/4 or 1/2 tsp and increase to taste and add more sweetener as needed. It will not be medium or dark brown in color.,This stuff is almost like chocolate cheesecake to me. I usually eat cocoa powder with greek yogurt as my chocolate fix, but this stuff was delicious as well! It doesnt look attractive, but its still a tasty and filling dessert in my opinion! :^) I’ll definitely be making it again. used Great Value low-fat cottage cheese, Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder, and Stevia sweetener. it rounded up to only 90 calories.
