Chocolate Layer Cake With Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting, Excellent chocolate cake to use for birthdays The coffee adds a nice depth of flavor From Gale Gand, Butter Sugar Flour Eggs, Food Network , This was a good chocolate cake My kids loved it I think the coffee was a nice addition I only made half the frosting, because I only had 8 oz of cream cheese I’m glad I did, because I still had some left over I also tried flipping the third layer over and it didn’t work to well It was very unstable, so I just flipped it back The cake is very moist Thanks for sharing Made for PRMR-2010
