1 onion (diced)
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup or (10 3/4 ounce) cans celery soup
3 cups cooked rice (you can use instant or any kind)
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic
8 ounces white mushrooms (optional)
5 ounces chow mein noodles

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Have Rice Precooked.

Brown Meat With Onion, Celery and Mushrooms on Medium High Heat.

Once Browned, Add Soup, Soy Sauce and Garlic and Cook on Low Medium Heat Until Celery Is Tender. Add Water or More Soy Sauce If Needed to Thin.

Mix Rice Into Meat/Celery and Put in Greased 9x13 in Pan. Top With Chow Mein Noodles.

Bake For 20-25 Minutes.
