It was fine, but not wow. Way too much milk for only 6 eggs. That is a 1/2 cup per egg and took forever to set up. If I make it again I will cut the milk down or add more eggs.

Christmas Breakfast Bacon Casserole, I like to make this on Christmas morning or any morning! Prep time does not include chilling overnight., It was fine, but not wow. Way too much milk for only 6 eggs. That is a 1/2 cup per egg and took forever to set up. If I make it again I will cut the milk down or add more eggs., It was certainly edible. It lacked in taste to me.. My family expects more as I cooked for a living for 15 yrs. That aside.. they know when something tastes good. Decided to try this because of the comments and 5 stars. Change the cheese to another with more taste…Asiago, Swiss, or a ripened white cheddar. Add chives… Anything you like to up the taste. Ill make it again… my way.
