Chunky Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Features:
    Cuisine:

I have always bought bleu cheese dressing from the store - no more! I tried it immediately, and it was ok, but I waited a day like you said. Oh my, it was so awesome! I tried it with celery, and tomorrow we're having hot wings, any excuse I can find to put it on something. I had to make a few changes, but nothing major: instead of white pepper, I ground a peppercorn mix. I also used onion powder, although I wonder what it would taste like to grate a shallot. I never have Tabasco sauce, so used Frank's hot sauce. I also used Gorgonzola, because that was all WalMart had. It all turned out so well! Thank you for making life just a little bit better!
