    I made this with pork chops (salted), mango chutney, lime (instead of lemon) juice, and put it in the oven. This is a good recipe. I'll probably try it again with a tropical fruit (mix) chutney.

    Chutney Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts, A tangy, BBQ style meal- is listed as chicken breasts, but could just as well use pork chops, and can bake in oven or use the slow cooker , I made this with pork chops (salted), mango chutney, lime (instead of lemon) juice, and put it in the oven This is a good recipe I’ll probably try it again with a tropical fruit (mix) chutney , I gave it a five simply for the flavor of the sauce If you like chutney, it was fantastic It looked a hair watery when it came off, but thickened nicely before serving My only complaint was that I think the pork chops were a tad overdone I might try cooking them for 6 hours instead of 8 A very nice, simple, but elegant meal, served with couscous and green peas!

    Slow Cooker- Mix All of the Sauce in the Slow Cooker.

    Add the Meat and Cook Low 8 Hours-High 4 Hours.
