1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped (white part and some green)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon coriander (or more to taste)
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper or tabasco sauce

I Make the Day Before an Event. It Is Refreshing :) With the Balsamic Base. I Have Put Over Chicken as Well -- and One Time I Set It Out at Bbq and Some People Scooped It Up Like a Salad and They Loved It :).
