    Cilantro Cream Sauce, I found a form of this recipe on-line and due to the lack of some ingredients I modified it and ended up liking it more than the original It a very refreshing dip for chips or even as a sauce for meats or whatever I personally enjoy it with steak , This was excellent Thanks for posting , After I made this, I just had to try a sample before I put it in the refrigerator and I shouldn’t have because I couldn’t stop eating it! I finally left it alone and let it sit overnight and it was even better the next day! used light sour cream When I tested it right after making it, it seemed a little salty to me, but the next day the salty taste had blended in with the other flavors I’ve been eating it with chips, on shrimp and even as a salad dressing!
