Directions
Cilantro Salsa-Verde Chicken, , This was very tasty and quick. used chicken thighs, my preferred part. I did remove the onion/garlic after sauteing, as they would have burned in the time to cook the thighs, then returned with the salsa Verde. I think thus would be very good with pork chops, or with left over chicken, turkey or roast pork that is cubed., This is so good! The best part is I had everything on hand and it took no time at all to make. Served it over rice!

Heat Butter in a Saucepan Over Medium Heat. |

Add Onion and Garlic and Saute Until Soft. |
