We loved it! I added garlic powder and black pepper to the egg mixture and used canned green chilies Topped it with salsa when we ate and it was scrumptious! Had it with low carb wheat tortillas Glad I went surfing through the boards and found this on the Sommersizing thread Will have to go and see what other goodies I can cook up Thanks so very much, Mirj!, I make this ever weekend for hubby to take to work to have as breakfast! use both green chiles and jalapenos So easy and so good!
