Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake, Another wonderful recipe I found while browsing through my mother’s recipe box! This can be made ahead and frozen!, I brought this recipe to our bi-monthly early morning lecture, and everyone loved it It was easy enough to make used white grape juice (what I had around), cut the sugar to 1 cup in the batter Next time I will put more of the apples in the lower layer of apples to give more of that rich baked in apple texture Great recipe, thanks!
