Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake, Another wonderful recipe I found while browsing through my mother’s recipe box! This can be made ahead and frozen!, I brought this recipe to our bi-monthly early morning lecture, and everyone loved it. It was easy enough to make. used white grape juice what I had around, cut the sugar to 1 cup in the batter. Next time I will put more of the apples in the lower layer of apples to give more of that rich baked in apple texture. Great recipe, thanks!
