Cinnamon Banana Shake (Raw Food),This recipe is from the 2005 cookbook, Raw Food — Real World. [NOTE: The ingredient listed as ‘milk’ should actually be ‘nut milk’ & I have posted an easy recipe for that!],Thanks for the good idea for my smoothies. We had this for breakfast this morning work done eggs and spinach as a side dish. I didn’t add the agave, it was sweet enough without.,My kids and I loved this shake! Made with coconut milk (Silk brand Original) and left out additional sweetener since our frozen bananas were sweet enough alone. Added a few huge handfuls of spinach, powered up our Vitamix, and were rewarded with a wonderful, filling shake. Thanks for posting!!
