Cinnamon Beef Tagine, This tagine can be served over couscous or rice It can also be served by itself with thick bread , A nice, rich beef flavour with a touch of the exotic Easy to make I would have liked a few more vegetables and a bigger variety (perhaps some potatoes next time, or green beans, or chick peas) and a thicker sauce or perhaps just a lot less liquid In the end, I thickened it with a bit of cornstarch I made it in the crockpot (about 6 hours cooking) so maybe that made a difference to how the broth cooked , We really enjoyed this with rice (DH hates couscous for no earthly reason at all!) I added a spritz of lemon just before serving because we found it a tiny bit sweet for our taste BUT saying that loved the depth of flavours Will make again and try to adapt for the crock pot Thank you Nasseh, made for NAME tag/
