Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is my favorite coffee cake recipe. Incredibly easy and always delicious. I have a daughter with food allergies so we use earth balance butter, soy milk (made into a buttermilk substitute with 2 T vinegar and left to sit for a few mins), and ener-g egg replacer instead of the traditional ingredients. Honestly, you can't even tell a difference. Seriously make this if you want an easy, yummy coffee cake recipe.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake, This is from the Everyday Food Magazine’s first issue An enjoyable breakfast or snack!!! My family loves it fresh and warm from the oven on Sunday morning , This was very tastey, but it was a little too buttery for me It has a little bit of a greasy texture the topping was the best part , I wasn’t terribly happy with the recipe, but I made it again, using TWO eggs and brown sugar for the topping instead of white and its AMAZING!!! Stays together better, much moister and a lot more flavour!
