Cinnamon Coffee Cake Loaf, I love this toasted and smeared with butter Another recipe from my Mom, I’m pretty sure she got this one from Taste of Home , I made this recipe dairy-free with some oatmilk and vinegar in lieu of the buttermilk! Turned out delicious , this recipe was amazing, I made 2 loaves in one week lol I added more cinnamon and used half almond extract half vanilla with about a half teaspoon extra vanilla Also, for the 1 cup of sugar in the batter itself (not the topping) I did 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown, and all brown sugar for the topping/swirl Lastly, used all melted butter in place of the vegetable oil This was perfect at about 55 mins, it rose and crisped beautifully and popped out great THANK YOU!! This tastes just the way it should!!
