Cinnamon Streusel Apple Cider Muffins

Features:
    Cuisine:

We love baking with apple cider so I thought I'd give it a try and tweaked the recipe a bit trying to be healthy. used cinnamon, concentrated apple cider and unsweetened apple sauce omitting the butter- BAD idea. The muffins lacked flavor & stuck to the paper liners. Thank goodness my kiddo loves everything I bake because I took one bite and tossed it. BUTTER always make a world of difference when baking. Will try the original recipe next time definitely with butter.
