    Sugar and Cinnamon Spice Muffins, A great muffin to go with your morning coffee , Moist and tasty Though I wish they were both more spicy and less sweet Btw, I made mine with no nuts or fruit, and I didn’t have buttermilk on hand, mixing up an alternative with unsweetened soy milk and apple cider vinegar , I dont have buttermilk at the moment, could I subsitute it for whole milk, would the consistincey be the same? Or should I do 1/2 cup of milk??? Someone please help
