Citrus Beef Stir Fry, This is a recipe I created after enjoying a similar dish at a Chinese restaurant. The fresh orange flavor is wonderful.It was published in a Sunset Magazine Kitchen Cabinet several years ago., Liked it. Spouse got seconds, adding salt only for the veggies. It did take me an hour to prep (my old nemesis). I would split the whole thing in half next time because of my smaller pan. I did substitute broccoli slaw for the sprouts because YUM., Liked it. Grate Peel from One of the Oranges. |

Squeeze Juice from Both Oranges Into a Bowl, Add Grated Peel, Sherry, Soy Sauce, and Ginger. |
