    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.

    Line or Grease a 12 Muffin Tin.

    in a Medium Size Bowl, Beat the Egg With a Fork and Add the Milk, Oil and Either the Banana or Apple.

    in a Large Bowl, Blend the Dry Ingredients Together.

    Make a Well in the Center of the Dry Ingredients Then Add the Wet Ingredients Into the Well and Stir With a Fork Until Just Moistened-Do not Overmix.

    Fill the Prepared Muffin Cups 2/3 Fill and Bake For 15-20 Minutes, Until Golden Brown.
