Classic Company Casserole, My grandmother used to make this casserole alot, especially for Sunday dinner It has always been a family favorite, hope you like it too!, used light sour cream, lowfat cottage cheese, and reduced the amount of grated cheese for a lower fat meal Delicious! I’m not a huge ground beef fan, so I halved the amount Be sure to simmer the meat with the sauce; I forgot, and the meat itself turned out a bit bland The overall taste of the dish was amazing!, I made this and i was a little disapointed in it at first however the flavors were amazing on the second day, they really blended well and were great left over Thanks, i will be making this again!!

Cook Noodles in Salted Water; Drain. |

Melt Butter or Margarine and Saute Green Bell Pepper. |
