Using 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Spread Oil Around Bottom and Sides of a Deep Dish 9-Inch Casserole Pan. in Medium Size Mixing Bowl Combine Hash Brown Potato , Onion and 1 Beaten Egg, Mix Well. Press and Pat Mixture in the Prepared Pan. Bake in a 375 Degree Oven For 15 Minutes, Then Brush With Olive Oil and Bake For 15 Minutes More.remove from Oven. |
