1/2 teaspoon salt

    Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Using 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Spread Oil Around Bottom and Sides of a Deep Dish 9-Inch Casserole Pan. in Medium Size Mixing Bowl Combine Hash Brown Potato , Onion and 1 Beaten Egg, Mix Well. Press and Pat Mixture in the Prepared Pan. Bake in a 375 Degree Oven For 15 Minutes, Then Brush With Olive Oil and Bake For 15 Minutes More.remove from Oven.

    While Crust Is Baking, Prepare the Filling. in a Medium Skillet Saute the Bacon,Onion and Garlic in Remaining Olive Oil Until Soft Add the Spinach, Red Pepper, Cauliflower, Thyme and Salt. Cover and Simmer For 10 Minutes.

    in a Small Bowl Beat 2 Eggs With Milk .

    to Build Pie Sprinkle Cup Goat Cheese , Cheddar Over Potato Crust, Then the Add Vegetables, Then the Rest of Cheese. Pour the Egg and Milk Mixture Over the Top. Bake in a 400 Degree Oven For 35 to 40 Minutes. Slice and Serve Warm.
