Dust Veal/Chicken With Flour. |

Season With Salt/Pepper. |

Saute in Oil Until Lightly Browned (2-3 Minutes). |

Remove Meat from Pan and Keep Warm. |

Add Garlic, Saute 1 Minute. |

Add Broth and Wine, Bring to a Boil. |
